Delete your Elanu account

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Elanu and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@elanu.app with the subject "Delete my account". To help us find your account, include the approximate date you started using Elanu and, if you can, the email of your Apple or Google account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account
• All entries, transcripts, Elanu's replies and conversations
• Weekly reports, settings and usage counters
• Any audio files still on our servers

What we may keep

Purchase records required by tax law are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for the legally required period. Anonymous crash reports without your entries expire within 90 days.
